As Operations Manager Rick manages the Capstone business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the business. He is responsible for directing the preparation, communication, and execution of operating objectives, plans and processes.

Rick manages the Operational stability of the company focusing on compliance, staffing, culture, industry perception and plant coordination with the aim of ensuring repeated successful delivery activities for the company.

With over two decades in the Civil and Concreting industry, Rick has a proven ability to lead team to achieve successful outcomes. Rick brings exceptional communication and organisational skills to all tasks, regardless of the complexity or size of the matter and with close to 20 years experience managing multiple project teams, Rick is an asset to our leadership team.

As Construction Manager Greg leads the project teams and oversees all activities during all phases of our projects. He provides consistent leadership across our varying projects and has demonstrable experience leading team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to an exacting standard.

Throughout his career, which spans more than two decades, Greg has gained a real understanding of the key stages of a project’s lifecycle and exactly how the business may support or assist their clients with project delivery.

By placing an emphasis on developing strong relationships with clients, contractors and staff, Greg achieves exceptional project outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.

As QSE and Systems Manager Mick brings a dedication and passion for systems and process development and implementation and is continuously looking for new and innovative ways to provide the most successful outcomes for our projects.

With a background working in site-based management roles at both a subcontractor and head contractor level, Mick has extensive experience that sees him well placed to provide guidance on how best to implement the Capstone systems in the field.

In addition to driving safe work practices across our sites, Mick is also committed to implementing effective practices across the quality, safety and environmental areas. Mick has an in-depth understanding of legislative requirements and is proactive in ensuring QSE initiative are at the forefront of our operations.
